Springlake Financial Partners was founded with the idea that clients deserve a better advisory experience as it relates to their personal finances. They deserve more of their advisor's time. They deserve better education, better service, and access to first class technology that will help them stay better connected to their overall financial health.

I started this firm after spending just under 15 years with Charles Schwab. Through experiences of my own, I quickly recognized the value that a good advisor can bring towards establishing peace of mind while navigating uncomfortable, yet pivotal life events. Many people face these challenges without the necessary experience or knowledge to make informed choices, whether it’s planning for retirement, managing a sudden inheritance, or handling unexpected medical expenses. I am committed to being the trusted advisor for your family in these moments – To provide clarity and guidance, help understand your options, weigh the potential risks, and make decisions that align with both your short- and long-term goals. Katie is a CFP® professional at Springlake Financial Partners who works with individuals and families to help them navigate their finances with clarity and confidence. She believes the most effective financial plans support the life her clients want to live and is passionate about building long-term, trusted relationships. Prior to joining Springlake, Katie spent 7.5 years at Charles Schwab, where she developed a strong foundation in financial planning and investment strategy. She grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Katie now lives in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband, Wyatt Carpenter, their son Weller, and another little one on the way. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, volunteering, spending time outdoors, and being an active member of Church of the City.
